This is where we get busy! Calling, emailing, meeting, and envelope stuffing. We’ll work with everyone to pull your event off without a hitch.
It’s our pleasure to develop and implement a top-notch program to woo sponsors for your upcoming function. We have an excellent handle on getting sponsors, and every last one of them will be enthusiastically recognized for their generosity, we promise.
Let us create a marketing campaign that’ll turn heads while reaching your attendance goals. Some of the tools in our kit include print, electronic, web-based, and outdoor advertising, and public relations (publicity, social media, swag and media relations). Always on target and on budget.
Someone needs to be the go-to person at your event. The one with the radio, clip-board and headset. We have everyone programmed in our cell phones. We have the itinerary, Kleenex, duct tape, a Sharpie® and Crazy Glue in our bags. We’re ready for anything, bring it on! Like a duck, we’re calm and cool on the surface but paddling like crazy underneath!
Whew, we made it! It’s the morning after the night before and someone has to clean house! Thank you’s need to be sent, payments finalized, rentals returned, surveys tabulated and let’s not forget the wrap-up meeting. We’ll handle it all so you can relax and enjoy the success of your event.
